overall a good stay
friendly staff dinner reservation lovely decoration room decoration comfy bed small room limited space broken elevator faulty elevator coffee machine missing coffee machine
they helped with tours and dinner reservations. the room decorations were lovely i think, like the pictures i viewed. the bed felt comfy to sleep.
my room felt very small not much space. i saw the elevator wasnt working i used the stairs a lot. there wasnt a coffee machine in the room either, a bit annoying for early mornings.

the location was acceptable, near transport links.
the room needed updating with chipped paint. the bathroom seemed straight out of the 1980s.

limited daylight broken safe
My room faced some sort of interior courtyard. i didn't get any real daylight. it felt a bit like a cave. also, the safe in the room didn't work. I really wanted to secure my stuff.

perfect location and friendly staff
unbeatable location helpful staff stylish design
The location is unbeatable, close to the pont neuf.. it's also a short walk to notre dame. the staff were amazing. They offered help with directions and recommendations. i appreciated the stylish design of the room and the modern bathroom.
the elevator was not working . it made going up and down the stairs multiple times a day difficult.
